Bimbola is my sister. I’ve known her from birth. Lol. She’s the best sister any human being could ever ask for.

Well given that my sister arrived on this planet before me , i would she had the opportunity to meet me first but the older i got and the closer we became, i really got to meet the incredible person that she is. She has been the bestfriend and sister anyone would wish for . Life is simply more meaningful with her by my side.

Bimbo and I met during our time in college, specifically at the University of Oklahoma. She was a vibrant young woman who had recently transferred, brimming with energy. While she wasn't initially the friendliest, she was undoubtedly opinionated. We struck up a friendship during her final year at university, but it was after college that we truly became close.

I'm trying to recall exactly how our bond deepened, but we managed to stay in touch. One thing we had was our love of having a good time and  partying. We'd often hop on Xfares flights to Atlanta for the weekend. Looking back, I can't help but smile and thank God we crossed paths which led us here.

God had a greater plan in mind for her, and that plan involved OG. When Bimbo and OG found each other, it was like the universe had crafted them for one another. Their marriage embodies the true essence of soulmates—two people perfectly suited for each other. I can't imagine Bimbo's life without him, and I couldn't be happier to celebrate with you guys 

Our friendship has grown, I don't just consider her a friend—she's my sister, part of my family. One thing that has remained constant about Bimbo is her unwavering loyalty. She always has your back and genuinely wishes the best for you. She's a pillar of support, and what I cherish most is that I can go a month without speaking to her, yet when I do, it's as if no time has passed. She's always there.

Words fail to capture the depth of our bond, but rest assured, she's family, and I love her dearly. I wish you and OG all the best, with blessings and happiness beyond measure.

I met BIMBS initially through mutual friends… we later reconnected as we attending the same church in NJ. Our friendship / familyship grew as we realized we shared common interests with regards to being married, having children, our careers and balancing living life to the fullest 🎉🎉🎉🎉. I’ve literally watched BIMBS achieve everything she ever wanted including her having the wedding of her dreams 🤍

Well I was going to NYC and ny sister previously had met Abimbola and kept telling me of this babe in NYC that reminded her of me, she talked about her vibrant personality and how she showed her a good time she said she’ll connect us on my trip. Abimbola invited me out and we had an amazing night, found out she was also a Scorpio ♏️ and a great time was had.

At the end of the night, I asked her for her number cos I think we had been chatting via SM, and she went on this rant about being tired of making friends cos she had bad experiences from the past, I admired her honestly but told her I wasn’t looking to make new friends too. We ended up swapping numbers with no particular plans moving forward and just like that we went from friends to family. Abimbola has been in most monumental moments in my family, from weddings, birthdays and so much more. We’ve travelled so much and just grown.

I walked into Kanayo’s Pop-Up event early because I was being honored as a panelist and as the guests arrived one woman walked in with a larger than life personality and an outfit to match. It was non other than our Bimbo and I just remember thinking how fabulously confident and just genuinely happy she was. It’s wild because looking back 7+ years ago, every time I see her she is just as fabulous and even more vibrant than the last. I cherish her in my life because I know it is not easy to be perfect all the time while balancing so many things but she reminds me that we must live life to the fullest everyday and that is such a special message to receive. She doesn’t just preach it, she is the embodiment of humility, joy, and grace.

College life brought us together - That's the start to our friendship, packed with epic road trips, parties ( remember what happened a certain night to my car window ) laughter, and memories that'll last a lifetime

In true light of Bimbo’s giving spirit, we met at a charity event in her favorite city, NYC! We chatted briefly and then reconnected a few weeks later for lunch and the rest is history! We came into each others lives in a season where God knew we needed to learn how to trust people again and have held each others hands through so many seasons since then.

My mom is the best mother for me & I can't wait to be her little bride.

Aunty Bimbo has been my favourite Aunty since I can remember, she used to travel to the UK once in a while and always made sure she came to see us everytime. I love how persevering and hard working my Aunty is and I hope that I can resemble her strength as I grow up
